We are guided by the simple mission of creating and sharing the highest possible quality mochi with you and your business, whilst maintaining a really competitive price versus the competition.

We’re an owner-operated business and from day one have always been hands-on in the production process. Our mochi come in a range of exciting, western-friendly flavours that are sure to surprise and delight your customers all at once. We’re UK made, proud not to import any of our dough or flavours and preservative free.
