Want your mochis to stay fresher and softer for longer? Then go ahead and freeze your mochis as soon as you receive them. When it’s time to consume, simply take your mochis out and thaw for 15 minutes or until soft and serve. Once defrosted, your mochis can be kept chilled for up to 5 days in an air tight container. Please do not refreeze. Your mochis have a shelf life of 6 months frozen.
